You don't need to access a fully equipped gym to work on your goals. In fact, we've worked with a lot of professional athletes over the years who've had to make do with minimal equipment training sessions whilst traveling overseas to tournaments and competitions. From top-flight pro athletes, to regular every-day people unable to access their gyms due to closures... we've been providing minimal equipment home programmes for years.

CONDITIONED AND IN THE SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE

Our home programme includes a combination of calisthenics, resistance band work and exercises using every day objects found around the house. As well as three longer duration sessions focusing on strength, you will be provided with another three convenient short duration conditioning sessions that can be completed any time of day, quickly and efficiently, without taking up much of your time so that you can get on with the rest of your day whilst feeling accomplished, knowing your taking positive steps toward getting in the shape of your life.

MONITOR YOUR PERFORMANCE AND YOUR IMPROVEMENTS

As well as completing a very quick and easy 5 step preparedness questionnaire to monitor your readiness to train, you can also monitor how many reps you have performed over a given session, week, month and year.

You can keep track of all your Rep Max's and personal bests, which will help ensure you train to the right intensity during future sessions, and monitor your improvements across a given period.

As part of the app, you will be able to comment on your workouts, and as part of the team, discuss your sessions with others.

Do the programmes include nutritional guidance?

What equipment will I need for the Minimal Equipment Home Programme?


As the name of the plan suggests, the idea of this programme is that it can be completed at home without the need for equipment. For this reason, the majority of this programme is completely bodyweight, with a few resistance band exercises thrown in there too. It is recomended that you have access to a collection of resistance bands in order to complete this programme in full. If you don't currently have access to any bands, you can opt to purchase some from us as part of your membership! We also include sandbag / loaded rucksack exercises to help add some intensity to the workout. For this, you can just fill a rucksack or holdall with waterbottles, books, or sandbags purchased from your local DIY / Garden Centre Once you join, you can message us via the members only whatsapp group and discuss your specific requirements and we'd more than happy to provide you with specific advice, alternatives or subsitutes




How many training sessions per week does this programme involve?
