To cook, simply parboil some good quality white potatoes for approximately 15 minutes. Drain the water, and add hymalayan salt, paprika, garlic and coconut oil to the pan.
Stir thoroughly so that the potatoes are completed coated. Add them to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes at 250ºC.
These taste amazing and are so easy to make!

Serve with a lean source of protein such as chicken, ostrich fillet, kangaroo fillet, cod, haddock etc for a great post-workout meal.
