This 12 week programme is a complete mesocycle, beginning with lots of accessory work to help develop the foundations for peaking in the final week, either for a competition or PR attempts. This is idea for beginner to intermediate lifters who still require technical development. 

 

The first cycle emphasises higher volume, moderate load accessory exercises and hypertrophy work, whilst the final phase focuses on peaking for competition or max attempts
