3 x 8-10 @ 20-40kg

 

Hang Muscle Snatch + Tall/Extended Snatch

5 x 2(1+1) @ 40% Snatch 1RM

 

Descending Snatch

4 x 2(1+1+1) @ 50% Snatch 1RM 

 

Snatch

Warm up to today's 1RM

 

Snatch Halted Deadlift (5sec) + Snatch

7 x 1(1+1) @ 85% today's 1RM

Back Squat

7x5 @ 80% 1RM
