End-of-Day reflections are incredibly powerful for improving all aspects of your life, be it for your physical health, mental health, work and relationships. It is a skill, and therefore takes time. Initially, you may struggle to provide answers, but please bear with it. You'll find it easier over time and I guarantee you'll experience incredible results provided you do these consistently.
